Job Purpose
To Support the X-Friends Platform by assisting with region-wide portfolio solutions, through a dedicated network account, communicating and responding to internal Sales requests.
To facilitate and manage the product branding communications collaterals used for each xFriends partner and promotional activities, to help drive the growth of this program.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Sales Support; Assist in responding to questions and queries from sales teams, customer operations and xFriends partners as well as delivering xFriends product solutions to Sales Teams across the Asia Pacific region and recording special solutions for xFriends Alliance manager records.
2. Design, develop and continually improve xFriends collaterals, branding, pricing tools and other media sources, which enable the AP wide team to deliver the xFriends vision to market.
3. Sourcing necessary information on Market Trends to support and develop comprehensive Compete to Win analysis.
4. Supporting the xFriends team by maintaining the Haworth website and sharepoint for Regional Sales use, as well working across departments to identify gaps in supporting tools appropriate for their market.
