- For our Infrastructure & Cities Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a Sr. Failure Analysis Engineer 高级失效分析工程师.

What are my responsibilities?

1. Lead and support FA team to maintain FA function normal operations in accordance with procedure and instructions. 管理并支持失效分析团队以保证FA团队成员按照公司相关流程进行正常运作。

2. Perform failure analysis of products returned from customer and/or service department and/or off-line products. And organize TE,PE,QE, suppliers and design engineers etc to find out the rootcause of failed products and identify containment and/or corrective actions.

对客户或售后服务部门返回的产品进行失效分析，并且组织测试/工艺/质量/供应商/研发工程师一起找出问题的根本原因及识别出短期措施与纠正措施。

3. Write clear and complete FA reports with detailing steps taken. And provide comprehensive technical reports to customers/PM/R&D/Production on findings from product failure investigations.

编辑清晰而完善的失效分析报告，并且提供综合性的技术报告给客户/产品管理部/研发部/生产部。

4. Work with cross-functional teams (incl.R&D, Engineering and Quality) to identify potential quality risks based on working experience and technology evaluation during new product introduction phase.

新品导入阶段，与研发，工艺，质量等人员一起基于经验和技术评估识别出潜在质量风险。

5. Analyze the historical data and provide continuous feedback to various functional groups.

6. Develop methods, processes and procedures and equipment that will improve the failure analysis process efficiency and/or reduce failures.

7. Perform other duties assigned by management or superior effectively and efficiently

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. 1.BS Engineering (EE/ME/Computer Sc etc) Equivalent level relevant experience considered.

2.Above 5 years of work experience in failure analysis, design, or engineering of wireless/RF products.

3.Working knowledge of various failure analysis tools and techniques,familiar with electronics drawing.

4.Able to design experiments and collect/analyze data for FA.

5.Mixed signal ASIC characterization and FA experience required.

6.Hands-on experience in failure analysis, and electrical fault isolation and defect characterization tools and techniques such as the following: ATE, curve trace, micro-probing, light emission microscopy, XRAY, BGA, oscilloscopes and deprocessing techniques.

7. Strong leadership and team spirit;

- Logical and systematic thinking;

- Strong interpersonal communications and presentation skills

- Effective analytical and good problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Able to perform under deadline pressure

- Self-starter

What else do I need to know?

Mission of Function:

1) Analyze customer returns(systems and replaced parts) and off-line from production, determine failure rootcauses, drive close loop preventive & corrective actions to continuously improve our supply quality, manufacturing process and design to the real life customer experience.

2)Provide comprehensive technical reports to customers or to related dept. on findings from product failure investigations. Advise internal and external customers regarding corrective actions based on the results of the analysis.

3)Make continuous improvement with related department to prevent quality risk and reduce non-conformance costs.
