-For our Industry Sector in BEIJING,we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator 市场协调员.

What are my responsibilities?

- Production of direct marketing reports as required

- Liaison with corporate programme owners to understand goals and objectives of programmes and to assist with deployment in countries

- Liaison with Asia Pacific and Corporate administrators of Salesforce.com or equivalent sales tool to ensure effective data exchange between marketing and sales systems on a day-to-day basis

-Serves as contact to people inside and outside the company

-Assists countries in the consistent and best practice use of marketing automations systems and to escalate where there is potential for conflict or incompatibility between company systems

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Associate degree in marketing and/or minimum of five to ten years of experience

- Thorough knowledge and understanding of databases and direct marketing practices

- Knowledge of international protocol desirable

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Must be detail oriented

- Must have the ability to multi-task

What else do I need to know?

- Ability to identify and address issues and concerns, escalating where appropriate

- Must be proficient with general office equipment, pcs and advanced

- Microsoft suite skills
