-Customer Service Engineer

What are my responsibilities?

-负责对外的技术支持活动、政府项目活动、客户技术咨询、销售人员技术咨询、客户电话回访、客户技术培训、产品维修、相关报表完成等日常工作。

-Responsible for implementing the technical service, government project, customer’s technical consulting, sales representative’s technical consulting, customer technical training, Hearing instrument repairing, report submit, etc.

1.进行批准的技术服务活动，包含联系经销商或政府项目协调人了解活动具体计划，事前准备好相应技术服务材料和资料；负责产品验配，解答终端用户提出的有关助听器方面的产品知识等，并及时向公司反馈活动情况和收集到的市场信息；解答终端用户提出的有关助听器方面的产品知识，向终端用户提供助听器产品的维护保养等，并及时向公司反馈活动情况和收集到的市场信息。

-Responsible for implementing the technical service, government project, customer’s technical consulting, hearing instrument fitting, feedback the marketing information, etc.

2.帮助经销商安装和调试相关设备（包含但不局限于：声场、iScan、connexx、听力计、维修中心设备等）。

-Responsible for implement installing and testing relevant equipment (eg: audio field, iScan, Connexx, audiometer, and repair center equipment.) etc.

3.对经销商人员提供有关产品知识、验配、订单填写、助听器维护保养、助听器故障诊断、故障排除和维修、设备维护保养等技术性培训和指导。

-Responsible for training the customer for hearing instrument’s knowledge, fitting, maintaining, defective diagnosing, etc.

4.按照公司要求及时提交现场技术服务活动的相关报表。

-Submit the technical service report according to the requirement and on time.

5.定期与维修中心沟通其运营状况，及时帮助或联系相关部门解决维修中心所反应的问题，以提高维修中心的运营业绩。

-Communicating with the repair center for the performance and help them improve their performance regularly.

6.检查经销商处设备维护保养状况、软件更新情况、和订单填写规范性情况。并针对经销商的不足处进行相应的培训。

-Checking the equipment status, the software’s version, work order filling, and give the relevant training.

7.接听并记录经销商、终端用户有关产品技术方面咨询，并进行相应处理和跟踪。

-Recording the customer’s phone call content, handle and flow up it.

8.按计划每月与经销商进行沟通并及时解决经销商提出的技术问题，并及时向公司反馈普遍性的问题。

-According to the plan, communicating with the customer and help them solving the problem

What do I need to qualify for this job?

-两年以上外企相关工作经验

-More than two years relevant experience of foreign company.

1、本科学历，电子、机械或相关专业

-Bachelor degree, major in electron, machine or relevant.

2、良好的英语、计算机能力

-Good English level and computer skills.
