职位描述

Job Description:
Organize and coordinate meeting schedule of GM and prepare necessary documents for the meetings/events
Responsible for office management Including office license and related documentations application and renew, etc.
Be responsible for secretary work including meetings & minutes, confidential documentation filing, Make agenda for GM and journey arrangement,air tickets booking, expense reimbursement and handle annual leave, transportation arrangement etc.
Coordinate the communication work with customers;Coordinate with key clients for business arrangement and be responsible for visitor.
Support the daily management between different function dep. for GM, ensure that dept. monthly report and weekly report will be completed on time and coordinate display updating among other departments and can hold meeting separateness if necessary;
Prepare and assist in drafting proposals for business development
Provide comprehensive administrative support for internal and external
Provide daily translation and interpretation support to GM.
Assist GM to compose or revert any kinds of email, fax & letters;
Assist to organize for the programs of domestic
Execute other tasks assigned by GM
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree. Excellent English both in written and spoken, computer skill is required.
At least 2 year’s relevant administration or secretarial experience in multinational company, experience in team coordination is preferred.
Good team player, good interpersonal and communication skill, Quick learner.
职位描述:
组织及协助总经理进行会议安排及准备会议所需必要文件
负责办公室管理工作,如:与政府部门的联系,包括营业执照、批准证书等相关文件的变更申请及审批程序及备案程序等。
负责秘书工作包括会议和记录,文件处理,为总经理安排议程及处理费用报销,年假事宜,车辆安排以及出差安排,机票预定等。
协调与客户的联络工作,协助重要客户进行业务安排;负责安排外来参观者的所有事宜,发展包括对外联系,参观内容的设定以及内部的协调。
为总经理提供部门间日常管理支持,确保部门月报告和周报告准时完成以及协调各部门的展示更新。必要时能够独自主持会议。
准备及协助起草业务发展提案
提供内部及外部的综合行政支持
为总经理提供日常翻译(笔译及口译)支持
协助总经理完成或回复各种电子邮件,传真及信件
项目的组织及协调
其他总经理分配的事宜
要求:
本科学历,极好的英语口语和书写能力。计算机熟练。
至少2年以上跨国公司相关工作经验,有工厂经验的尤佳。
良好的团队合作精神,良好的与人相处和沟通技巧, 学习能力较强。
