- For our Siemens Corporate Technology in Beijing, Siemens is looking for a Senior Electrical and Electronics R&D Engineer

Introduction
- Goals/Mission
- To carry out electrical design for power electronics equipments
- To carry out electronic hardware design
- To carry out R&D in the area of power electronics circuit and control

What are my responsibilities?
- To carry out electrical design for power electronics equipment, with deep understanding of topology, control and driver for power semiconductors.
- To carry out electronic circuit design for analog and digital circuits.
- To execute R&D in the area of innovative topology and control for power electronics
- To cooperate with R&D group in Germany to develop new power electronics products for global market

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Education
- Master degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering. Ph.D. will be preferred.
Knowledge/Languages
- Strong background in power electronics circuit design
- Experienced in analog and digital hardware circuit design
- Knowledge in micro-controllers (MCU, DSP, etc.) and programmable devices (FPGA, CPLD, etc.)
- Knowledge in power system (substation control, protection, etc.) will be preferred
- Communication skills in English
Experience
- 5+ years experience in power electronics circuit and control design
- Team work
- Additional Information
