Systems Engineering
-The Systems Engineering Technology Field is an interdisciplinary team that provides consulting and project support for complex systems that demand high levels of security, reliability, sustainability and usability. Our experts also have competencies regarding the development, integration and methods of complex systems and manufacturing technologies. These include engineering methods and tool models for process maturity and assessment procedures. Our team has seven locations in four countries (Germany, India, China and the US).

What are my responsibilities?
-Usability study, Statistics and analysis, Research, Project management
-Planning, conducting and analyzing usability study including tests, focus groups, interviews, on site observations etc
-Writing usability reports and presentations
-Proposing and delivering evaluations that assess and ensure the usability and effectiveness of interfaces for their users.
-Complete scenarios, use cases, story boards.
-Identify existing usability issues and business opportunities
-Advocating for users while understanding the business goals of clients to internal shareholders
-Research on the new usability and user experience methodologies
-Project acquisition and customer relationships

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Education:
-Master or above, major in Engineering psychology, Cognitive psychology, human computer interaction, human factors, or related
Knowledge / Skills / languages:
-Profound knowledge of data analysis tool SPSS, Excel etc and statistical methods
-Profound knowledge in statistics methodologies
-Profound knowledge of Microsoft office tools especially Word and Excel, capable of working with Macros
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact successfully with end users, clients, and the general public -Strong quantitative and analytical skills
-Willingness to travel on occasion
-Chinese and English language skills are essential. Fluent English in reading and writing.
-Expertise in a wide variety of user-centered design techniques, including those listed above
Experience:
-Rich experience designing and conducting usability studies including customer interviews, focus groups, card sorting, site observations, usability tests and expert inspections
-Consulting experience is highly desirable
-Experience in healthcare, automation or energy is highly desirable
-In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
