What are my responsibilities?
- Technology innovation in Automation system, e.g. Motion control system pre-development Task
- Carry our industry research, generating innovation in the Motion Control and Industry automation domain
- Take part in Siemens future product predevelopment and/or development
- Patent study and/or products analysis
- Collaborate with Siemens global R&D network
- Communicate with local universities, institutes or standard organizations
- Technical support for Siemens manufacturers in China

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Embedded System architecture, e.g, ARM, DSPRTOS, e.g., Linux
- PC based software development, e.g. .Net, Visual Studio, etc.
- Motion control and/or industry automation Experience
- 3+ years’ actual experience in automation control application
- 3+ years’ experiences in software development with solid process management
- Team leader experience would be an advantage
- PhD or Master
- Fluent oral English is a must
