Systems Engineering
-The Systems Engineering Technology Field is an interdisciplinary team that provides consulting and project support for complex systems that demand high levels of security, reliability, sustainability and usability. Our experts also have competencies regarding the development, integration and methods of complex systems and manufacturing technologies. These include engineering methods and tool models for process maturity and assessment procedures. Our team has seven locations in four countries (Germany, India, China and the US).

What are my responsibilities?
-Lead Product Development Process Service Acquisition.
-Create proposal based on customer needs elicitation, collection, analysis.
-Conduct process analysis to analyze customer's product development processes, identify problems and design solutions.
-Design of product development process architecture
-Support customers to plan, implement and track product development process improvement activities.
-Train and coach customers on the principles and methods of process definition and implementation.
-Perform pre-development activities in product development process area to build-up or enhance our service products.
-Lead the project teams by project planning, tracking and reporting.
-Promote our products and influence the potential customers to acquire our services.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Education:
-Major in Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or related.
-MBA and PhD preferred.
-Working Language: EN
-Fluent verbal & written English, and good competence in mandarin
Experience:
-8 + years of experiences of product development (Product, System, HW, SW, ME, Test etc.)
-Domain area: automobile, ship, hi-tech, heavy machinery, electrics, medical equipment etc.
-3 - 5 years of experiences of business or R&D process consulting
-3+ years of experiences of project management.
-Experiences of team management.
-Experiences in international companies preferred.
-Additional capabilities
-Independent analysis
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
-Self-motivated
-Good teamwork
-Ability to travel frequently in China and abroad as required
