-For our Lead Country China Risk and Internal Control (LC China RIC) team in Beijing, Siemens is looking for a Consultant Internal Control System to join in us.
Introduction
Mission of Lead Country China RIC function:
-The Lead Country China Risk and Internal Control (LC China RIC) Team supports the LC China CEO and CFO in their responsibility to implement and maintain an effective Risk Management and Internal Control system.
-The Siemens Internal Control System is structured into Finance / SOA and non-finance Control Requirements (CRs), which get tested via the RIC process by Assessors (IAs) every year to ensure the integrity of the internal controls for the governance owner (CRC).
-The area of responsibilities comprise of coordinating, supporting and monitoring the implementation of internal controls at SLC/SITL, RC-HK, RC-TW, RGEs and partially coordinate with Sectors/Division/Cross Sectors Lead entities.

What are my responsibilities?
-Support the effective Risk and Internal Control process of LC Chinais established in line with the F RIC requirements;
-Partially responsible for the coordinating of control requirements as laid out in the Policy & Control Master Book (PCMB) (including organizing and monitoring RIC assessment) at the entities in scope;
-Be the point of contact for Business, Corporate Departments and Shared Services for all internal control issues; -Conduct CRs’ applicability analysis of the entities in scope, as well as be the first level support to provide reference of the applicability of CRs to all the entities in Lead Country China, HK,TW and Operating Companies located in China;
-Coordinate the outsource information of the CRs that the LC Chinais the service provider;
-Responsible monitoring of RIC implementation, including deficiencies definition and remediation at the entities in scope;
-Partially responsible for RIC trainings (for RICOs/RICCOs, CRCs and Independent Assessors of the entities in scope);
-Responsible for coordinating all internal control related topics from internal audits, especially the non- assessment driven deficiency definition; Regularly monitoring of the remediation status in the RIC Tool;
-Conduct data maintenance in the R/IC/ Tool and be the expert for the R/IC/ Tool to guide the RICOs/RICCOs and provide first level support to all users in the lead country China
-Regularly update the RIC internet information
-Support small projects/improvement initiatives

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Experience Requirements:
-3-5 years of working experience is required
-Experience in financing/accounting (big 4)
-Experience in internal control / or audit is preferred
-Experience in an operational function is a plus
-Capability Requirements:
-Very good communication skill
-Well organized and structured
-Logical mindset with strongly analytical capability
-Initiative and change orientation
-Can work under pressure
-Fluent English in both written and oral
-Familiar with MS Excel, e.g. formula
