-For our East Asia (NEA) Accounting & Controlling (A&C) department in Beijing, Siemens is looking for a Team Assistant.

-To support the Executive management in driving the business by providing timely financial results, developments and trends, monitoring the financial performance and cost efficiency of the business groups, corporate departments and internal service provider, optimizing underlying processes for higher efficiency;
To execute shareholder function and ensure a sound Corporate Governance Environment;
To be professional sparring partner for all business units to support them in achieving their business targets.
What are my responsibilities?
-Support the line Managers of SLC A&C and the team on office administrative tasks e.g. supplies, filing, organization, communication
-Organize and maintain office supplies / Files
-Schedule resources such as people, meetings, appointments, rooms and equipment
-Answer telephone calls, write e-mails and letters, take messages, respond to questions and direct caller to appropriate partner
-Prepare and compose complex memos, documents and other correspondence
-Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets and other docs
-Maintain database
-Responsible for credit report ordering
-Organize, plan and book business trips and handle expense claims
-Arrange outing, annual party & team building activities
What do I need to qualify for this job?
-Bachelor's degree
-At least 3 years related working experience as an Assistant, Secretary or Administrator.
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Good team-work spirit and a 'can do' attitude
-Good English skills
-Familiar with Microsoft Office Softwares
-In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
