-For Siemens Finance Leasing Ltd, we are looking for an internal sales.

What are my responsibilities?
Goals/Mission
-To help company to achieve the annual target
-Drive to achieve smoothly transaction flow within company from enquiry to booking
-Reduce the overall transaction cycle time
-Manage all sales pipelines until booking
Contacts
-External: Vendor partners, sales channels, end customers
-Internal: Work closely with Field Sales, Risk and Operations
Tasks
Manage smooth transaction flow within company from enquiry to booking, including:
-Conduct credit request with field sales by analyze customers' industry, operation and financial status.
-Ensure customers' documents completed and timely collection, in line with risk policy and guideline as well as Operations guideline.
-Transaction screen and pricing control, develop competitive quotation together with field sales.
-To participate in ad-hoc projects.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
Education
-Bachelor or above
Knowledge/Languages
-Deep knowledge of lease/finance business process
-Finance and accounting knowledge
-Risk analysis skill
-Fluent Oral and written English
-Office Software
-Good Interpersonal and communication skills
Experience
-> 3 years experience in leasing/financing business in risk management is preferred, or in operations and sales support
-Experience in interfacing with multi functions
-Drive to achieve
-Experience in multinational companies or reputable finance/banks preferred
