Mission
- Provide technical support/service for internal/external customer
- Establish individual competence based on Industry Automation products, accumulate and develop related application and branch knowledge.

What are my responsibilities
- Technical support engineer is one member of Siemens Industry Technical Support.
- Support customer to solve the technical problem based on Siemens PLC product
- Technical hotline support to customer till customers are satisfied
- Support and consulting during PLC system designing, installation, programming, commissioning etc.
- Technical Training/Seminar, or function test.
- Write or translate technical documents, technical support duty through website;

What do I need to qualify for this job
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Majoring in Automation or related field
- Solid knowledge of industry automation system and control theory
- 3+ years working experience in automation industry;
- At least 2 years working experience in PLC, industrial communication and so on;
- At least 2 years experience in automation engineering or onsite application;
- Industrial branch know how experiences preferred;
- Good skill in communication & team work is required.
- Good English in reading and speaking

扎实的工业自动化及控制理论知识
3年以上自动化行业的工作经验；
2年以上工业通讯和PLC使用经验；
2年以上自动化工程或现场应用经验；

- Together with Hotline Support, System/Application Support, Web Support and Service Coordination & Quality Control, the Technique Support acts as the central customer interface for all service and support inquiries in the Industry Sector China – and it is available 24/7/365.
- Hotline Support is focus on delivering product support through product life circle in China, including HongKong and Macau. We are your solid supporter and we can offer product selection consultant, function inquiry, using help, trouble shooting and fault diagnose, etc.
- System/Application Support is leading the knowledge for new product/system releases, special key technologies, large and challenging project.
- Web Support takes the function of providing technical support via Internet. Besides technical problem solving, other leading functions like product learning support and online technical communication have also been developed online.
- Service Coordination & Quality Control is acting a key role for service business development all over China and daily service issue coordination within & without China. The "Service Coordination and Dispatch Center" (SCDC) was built up to work closely with local service providers, coordinate service resource within China. Meanwhile, our service coordination would also be involved with global service coordination with all the service regions.
