2003: 在长春成立汽车灯具研发中心 ; 在北京成立针对汽车灯具的合资企业北京三立
2004: 在上海成立汽车电子研发中心 ; 在厦门成立合资公司海拉宏发电子 ; 上海成立海拉上海服务公司
2005-2006: 重组海拉在中国的业务 : 长春海拉和上海海拉电子实现独资；合并长春海拉和长春灯具研发中心；合并海拉电子和电子研发中心
