Job Description:

-Handle written and telephone (both Cantonese & English calls) enquiries and requirement from our multinational clients.

-Provide professional and timely advice to clients in their high expectation.

-Coordinate and collaborate with various parties to investigate and solve for our clients (Consultant/Implementation/Operation/Insurers/service providers, etc.).

-Involve in documentation, formulation and optimization of internal workflow and processes.

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree or above

-Proficient Cantonese is a MUST

-Fluent in written & spoken English (CET-6 or above)

-Strong ownership and teamwork

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours

-Self motivator and ability to complete tasks independently

-Strong in developing and executing project plans is a plus

-Previous working experience in Customer Service Department in multinational companies is a plus

-Previous working experience in banking, insurance and logistics industry is a plus

-Good at Microsoft office, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
