Role (Purpose of the job)
Understand AOSRC and CCC/VAS strategy; Work as the interface between AOSRC and HK&TW customers to conduct outbound customer satisfaction survey, maintain HK&TW customer and vehicle database ; Execute other assigned tasks.
Key Responsibility
·Conduct Out-bound survey
·Customer Database updating, cleansing and maintaining
·Timely transfer customer feedback to related department
·Improve customer satisfaction and loyaltyGenerate monthly report and other required reports
Main competence requirements
·Experience from call center related industry
·Strong belief in customer focus
·Cantonese speaking is must
·Good communication skills in Chinese and English
·Good team player
·PC knowledge (Office software)
·Technical background from Auto industry is preferred
