Due to on-going growth, a global listed company is currently recruiting an experienced IT Service Manager to deliver Java application support and maintenance services for enterprise clients.
The role will be responsible for initial consultancy, process design, team planning, launch and delivery of support services that meet client’s business need. The ideal candidate will have to supervise and manage the team on a daily basis providing technical and process guidance, reviewing results, ensure successful delivery of services according to SLA.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must possess good process and over 10 years of management experience in ITIL based support, maintenance service with good customer facing and communication skills along with strong technical background in enterprise applications. Solid experience in Java based application support and maintenance. Good verbal and written communications in English.
