Due to on-going global growth, a listed company is currently recruiting an experienced Level 2 Application Service Engineer / Support Engineer to deliver the best support and maintenance services of critical system for enterprise client.
The role will be responsible for proactive and reactive applications support, systems monitoring and database data and performance analysis. Respond client inquiries, and provide investigation, troubleshooting and root cause analysis for the issues. Participate and organize knowledge transfers between support teams.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in applications development, maintenance or testing with solid knowledge in J2EE and MSSQL. Excellent customer service, time management and organizational skills. Good verbal and written communications in English
