This is a 6-months contractual position.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
1. Manage the approved PRs & open and finished POs, contracts；.
2. Create PO according to PR and issue to qualified suppliers, ,
3. Ensure the on-time delivery of suppliers;
4. Follow up the order confirmation, delivery, invoice, payment and etc.；
5. Evaluate the suppliers’ performance；
6, Sourcing new suppliers on cost reduction or new components.
7. Keep the PMX purchasing data such as Info Record and Source List complete.

Techonlogy studies:
1, Familiar with products related to Automation & control, IT, Communication, Electronic, Network and Computer;
2, Familiar with procurement procedure, ERP system and planning;

Educational Requirements:
1. College or above with disciplines of automation & control, electronic, Tele-communication, Network, Computer and logistics.

Experience:
1, About three years of excellent experience in procurement, planning and logistics;
2, Be familiar with procurement procedure, ERP system.
