主要职责:

对公司的业务应用程序提供支持，包括数据加载与导出，通过应用程序的管理界面配置用户，产品，权限等；对于用户在日常使用过程中遇到的问题进行解答，必要时将问题反馈给程序开发人员。搜集用户对应用程序的建议并汇报给系统支持主管；对新开发的应用程序或现有应用程序的更新进行功能测试与验证，将Bug提交开发人员处理；作为IT的联系人与客户或合作伙伴进行沟通，如交换数据，应用程序集成测试等。


基本要求:

- 计算机相关专业毕业，专科以上学历
- 有一定的数据库基础知识，可以较熟练的使用SQL语言。
- 对软件系统的设置和测试有一定的了解，有实际经验者优先。
- 具有良好的沟通能力。
- 耐心，细心。
- 乐于学习，有较强的独立分析和解决问题能力
- 英文良好，可以熟练用英文进行书面与口头交流
- 良好的团队合作精神
- 有程序开发与维护经验者优先。Major responsibilities:

Provide support to company business applications, such as data import and export, set up user, products, privilege by application administration interface, etc.; answer application usage questions, when necessary raise the questions to application developer; collect suggestion/feedback about application and report to supervisor; do functional testing for new application or exist application update, deliver bug report to developers; as contactor of IT talk with customer or partner, e.g., exchange data, application integration testing.


Qualifications:

- Computer science or associate major, college graduate degree or above.
- Have foundation knowledge of database, can use SQL language do general database operation.
- Have good knowledge of application configuration and testing, have work experience in associate fields will be a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Be patient and careful.
- Willing to learn, have good analysis and problem resolve skills.
- Fluent English, can use English for writing and oral communication.
- Good Team player
- Have application development or maintenance experience will be a big plus.
