Description
? Establish a fact base around market / category / competitor and provide regular updates to both internal and external audiences;
? Establish structure of customer insights capturing and integrate insights from sales team, leverage customer central to build in-depth customer insights as well as customer profitability analysis;
? Lead the establishment of marketing information services as insights for account planning internally and as basic and value added services to external customers;
? Play a key role in strategy formulation and business planning:
o Translate market/competitor/customer insights into business strategies
o Work with NZ and provide inputs into global strategies
o Drive business planning process and work with other functional teams to implement the strategies
? Based on insights from different sources, drive a set of value based strategic marketing initiatives: value/needs based segmentation (including developing segment based value proposition), innovation strategy, portfolio plan, geography plan etc.
? Run annual CVM survey in China and work with category / technical / sales operation team to propose follow actions
? Manage effectively engagement of key internal stakeholder and external agencies / consultants

Qualifications
? Bachelor degree in business or food science related disciplines
? Minimum 8 years of full time working experience
