KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

1. Provide administrative support to TFCMC PS BJ in terms of customer document on-site pickup, customer document pre-checking on completeness, document filing, basic customer inquiry and client service support;

2. Assist TFCMC PS BJ team in market research, MI data collection, daily business supporting activities;

3. Support TFCMC PS BJ team in the preparation of marketing and presentation materials and client event activities;

4. Comply with internal and external regulatory requirements and policies to ensure high service quality and strict regulatory compliance.

SELECTION CRITERIA:
1. University graduate with international trade, banking or related majors.
2. Strong customer service skills including but not limited to communication skill, negotiation skill, telephone techniques and courtesy skill.
3. Working experience in trade operation is a plus.
4. Good interpersonal skill and a team player.
5. Ability to work confidently and independently under pressure and work persistently.
6. Competence in spoken and written English, Chinese (Mandarin) and knowledge of Microsoft software packages (Word, Excel etc)
