物流/进出口专员
职责范围：

• 主要职责为国内外订单处理，进出口操作及运输安排；包括但不限于：
• 国内外采购、销售订单NAVISION系统录入、更新, 处理、跟踪订单，并制作相关报表，保持与供应商、销售、生产、客户之间的有效沟通和信息分享。.
• 联系货代公司订舱，将进口货物从海外提货运至国内、或将出口货物运出（海运、空运）。
• 准备进出口报关单据，联系报关公司，将进口货物转关入保税仓库或直接进口及出口
• 进料加工合同海关备案、核销及操作。
• 负责安排将国内订单货物运输至客户指定地点。
• 相关文件管理、存档。

职位要求：

• 国际贸易或相关专业，本科以上学位
• 2年以上进出口操作经验，熟悉海关、商检相关法规。
• 可在压力下独立地、有效地工作
• 认真踏实，有责任心，具有团队工作精神
• 良好的英语口语书面沟通能力
• 熟练操作MS Office 软件，具有 ERP系统操作经验者优先

Position vacancy: Logistics/Import & Export Specialist
Work Scope:

• General
  responsibility is order processing,import&export operating and
  transportation arrangement; this includes but is not limited to:
• Input
  and update purchase order and sales order data into NAVISION system no
  matter overseas or domestic; process, track orders and prepare related
  reports; keep effective communication and informaiton share with
  supplier, sales department, production department and customers.
• Contact with forwarders to book space for picking up cargo from overseas to China, and shipping cargo abroad
• Prepare
  shipping doucments of import&export, contact with broker to
  transfer import cargo into bonded warehouse or direct import and export
• Processing trade contracts recording, verifying at customs and operating
• Arrange truck to transport domestic cargo to customer appointed address
• All related documents management and archive

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in internation trade or similar major
• At least 2 years experience in import&export operating, be familiar with laws and regulations of customs and CIQ
• Be able to work independently, effectively under pressure
• Conscientious, reliable, team worker
• Good communication skill in oral and written English is a must
• Proficient in MS Office software; ERP system operating experience is preferred
