- Search, select and interview candidates (50%)
- Maintain and develop relationship with clients (multinational companies) (20%)
- Administrative work relating to recruitment (20%)

Qualification:
- University graduated
- 3+ years with executive search firms, or, US or European based companies
- Professional experience in HR searching firm or recruiting is preferred
- Familiar with multinational company culture and operations
- Good people skills and telephone manners, professional image to clients and candidates
- Good language skills, fluent English
- Result oriented
- Conscientious, committed
- Easygoing; shrewd
