Responsibilities:
? Conduct initial / onsite FA that helps FA center to identify the root cause and come up with corrective action(s) in the succeeding FA
? Act as a primary interface with customers, informing FA progress, presenting FA result, addressing action items, providing quality information or performance measures;
? Timely communication with relative team for customer concerns/quality issues
? Be proactive and contain line down in customer site
? Regular meeting with key customers, review quality issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:
? BS in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
? 5+ years FA, customer support, product design, or related experience with electronics products
? Strong problem analyzing & solving skills
? Fluent English
? Strong communication and presentation skills
