POSITION SUMMARY
TeamMate is the worlds leading audit management system, marketed to
Internal Audit, compliance and investigation teams in both corporate and
public sector organizations.

Reporting to the Country Manager (China) this role is responsible for assisting
TeamMate customers to successfully deploy our products and applications. A
Support Engineer will typically spend the majority of their time researching
and answering support questions by phone or email and the remaining time in
training and knowledge-acquisition.

Typical responsibilities include helping and providing solutions to TeamMate
customers through debugging, research and investigation, while maintaining
constant communication with the customer or end-user.

ADDITIONAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
· Provide assistance to field consultants engaged at customer sites
· Documenting knowledgebase solutions for our customers
· Participate in test cycles of new products
· This position will be based in the Beijing or Shanghai office and involves limited travel

Requirements
· At least 5 years technical support experience in a Windows
environment, preferably with a web-based application
· Familiar with Microsoft Servers 2003/2008/2012, Microsoft Windows XP/7/8 and Microsoft Office
· Experience with call logging (salesforce)
· Basic understanding of packaging and deploying applications (SCCM)
· Basic understanding of SQL Language and XML
· Implementation of databases (MS Access/MS SQL)
· An understanding of Web Servers (Internet Information Services)
· Excellent analytical and trouble-shooting skills
· Excellent presentation, writing and interpersonal skills, customeroriented
attitude, and high-energy team
· Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment.
· Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science or equivalent
· Participate in your ongoing Performance Review process and implement actions plans agreed by you and the Country Manager
