岗位职责:

l 负责管理公司产品研发的软件开发项目，包括管理来自产品经理的需求，评估技术实施成本，按优先级管理开发任务，跟踪并管理软件bug，按照需求验证软件开发成果，定期汇报开发工作进展;

l 管理外包的软件开发商，确保开发工作满足既定的成本、时间和目标，了解外包商的内部管理流程，帮助外包商改进软件开发流程提升效率；

l 与销售团队机密配合，对潜在的新客户需求进行技术评估，在需要的时候提供技术解决方案，协助业务部门达成商务目标；

任职资格:

l 正规院校本科学历，工科类专业优先考虑；

l 至少3年以上互联网软件项目管理经验;

l 熟悉J2EE或.NET技术；

l 有过中等规模以上的项目管理经验；

l 诚实守信、品性端正、勤奋努力；

l 口齿清晰，普通话标准，具备良好的英语听说读写能力；

l 具有良好的人际沟通及协调能力、团队协作能力、计划与执行能力；

l 具有良好的演示技巧，能够把技术方案有效地展示给非技术人员；

l 具有敏捷开发项目管理经验优先考虑

Responsibilities:
l Manage software development projects in a local R&D team, including: manage the requirements from product managers, evaluate cost on technical implementation, prioritize the development tasks, track and manage the software bugs, verify product features against requirements, monitor and report the progress;
l Manage outsourced vendors and make sure the vendors deliver results per target and schedule. Understand vendor’s software development process and help them to improve for efficiency;
l Work closely with sales team, understand potential business requirements, conduct technical assessments on customer requirements and provide technical proposal when needed, support sales team to win business result;



Qualifications:
l Bachelor or above in engineering science, or related major;
l At least 3 years internet software project management experience;
l Familiar with J2EE or .NET;
l Ability to manage medium scale software project development;
l Responsible and can work under pressure;
l Team worker with good interpersonal communication capability;
l Be comfortable with English as working language;
l Excellent presentation skills, can effectively demo technical solution to non-technical people;
l Experience with agile project management skill is a plus;
