Monthly OTE: base salary + Generous benefits package. Base plus Commission based on sales results.

Brief Job Description:
In this business-to-business sales position,you will primarily source and develop new business through the sales of Infrastructure Solutions to Multinational Companies operating throughout Asia, which may include the sales of hardware/software, consulting, design and implementation management services for infrastructure installations, network upgrades and ongoing network and user support. You will also be assigned existing clients and tasked with expanding and diversifying the business relationship.
Job Description:
Business Development - Hunting (70%)
- Identifying and exploring new infrastructure sales opportunities.
-Liaison, Coordination and Communication with local/regional/global IT decision makers to position systemsGo as their preferred Vendor in China
- Meet potential clients through local networking and referrals from other systemsGo offices. Develop relationships and explore possible requirements for IT solutions and outsourcing.
- Networking in the foreign Business community through Chambers of Commerce, Business Networking Circles/Associations, etc.
Account Management - Farming (25%)
- Liaison with existing clients for contractual issues, including invoicing and renewals
- Monitoring general client satisfaction with services provided.
- Solicit additional business and penetrate existing accounts to increases sales of services and/or hardware and software procurement.
- Assist the delivery team to prepare proposals, submit quotations and process orders.
Marketing (5%)
- Creation of targeted sales materials.
- Organize marketing events.
Required Experience & Skills
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development/sales in China or other evidence of strong social networking skills required.
Skills
- Must be independent, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Mature, credible, and comfortable meeting new people and key decision makers.
- Active and organized approach to building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Empathic communicator, able to see things from the other person's point of view.
- Excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator.
- Good team player, able to collaborate effectively with the delivery team and other members of the regional sales team for mutual benefit.
- Strong inter-personal skills to influence negotiate and persuade clients, partners and colleagues.
- Strong sense of ownership, commitment, and resourcefulness to push opportunities through to a successful outcome.
- Basic business knowledge, especially related to investment in technology, including an understanding of Capex/Opex, TCO, ROI, etc.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure in relation to customers' business is highly desirable, but training can be provided.
- Adept in use of office IT tools, particularly Windows, Outlook, Word and Excel
