职位描述
Job Responsibility:
1. Leading key clients’ account service with support by the team;
2. Initial setup new client’s accounts and reporting format and supervise the team to provide monthly accounting and tax compliance service;
3. Independent client communication and facilitate client’ meetings;
4. Instructions to the team members and help to solve issues arising from accounting services;
5. Help to setup templates and standardized work flow to improve the service quality and efficiency;
6. Review team members’ bookkeeping and tax filing records to ensure a timely and accurate service;
7. Be willing to provide training and guidance to the team members to improve the knowledge base for the whole team;
8. Work as an active team leader and cooperate with other teams/colleagues if necessary;
9. Report to Manager of Corporate Accounting Service team;
10. Take on other assignments from Manager or Partners.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, major in accounting or finance;
2. Qualified accountant with at least 4 years of accounting experience in accounting outsourcing firms or foreign invested companies;
3. Good command in statutory accounting principles, standards and procedures;
4. Familiar with tax regulations and local tax filing practice; especially in VAT, IIT & CIT;
5. Experience in costing and general ledger;
6. Experienced in popular accounting software such as UFIDA software;
7. Familiar with import & export trade, VAT refund experience is preferred;
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, coordinative, initiative and well organized;
9. Excellent oral and writing English.
