Key Responsibilities:

• To conduct card business operation, maintenance and daily reconcile of system operation, ensure all the transaction are efficient, standard, accurate and in line with service level agreement.
• To set up tracking record for cases and reports to team head and relative parties regularly.
• Prepare periodical / regulatory reports and ad hoc reports and to ensure the reporting are in punctuality and accuracy and ensure the documents and reports filing are kept tidy and orderly.
• To obediently carry out and execute the jobs / works assigned by operation manager.

Requirements:

1. A university graduate with bachelor or above.

2. 1-2 years working experience preferred in Card Organization(VISA MasterCard CUP) or Bank back-end working experience

3. Good interpersonal and communication skill in Chinese and English

4. Meticulous and hardworking, logic thinking

5. Proficient in Excel, PPT and Word

6. Willing to work hard and under pressure, and keen to learn and grow
