职位描述
工作职责：
1、协助董事长起草各类业务报告、工作计划、备忘录、规章制度等，准确做好各项信息和政策的上传下达；
2、跟进董事长正在进行的项目和重要工作，做好跟催和保障工作；
3、协助董事长做好日常来访接待、来函等情况处理， 负责董事长的日常电话转接；
4、通知、组织并安排由董事长主持的各类商务会议和约谈等，负责各种会议记要、备忘录及其它文件的整理、打印、分发、归档、保管等工作；
5、负责其它部门或者外界报送董事长的各种会议记要、备忘录及其它文件和信函的呈送、处理、归档等工作；
6、负责董事长出差前以及出差后的工作处理（借款、日程安排、机票预定、酒店预定、车辆接送、礼品准备、电话联系、车旅费报销等）；
7、在对国外联系的业务中，协助董事长做资料、邮件、现场翻译等方面的英文支持。 （这条可以适当放宽）
