人事经理：
工作职责：
1、 执行公司人力资源战略；
2、 参与公司人力资源管理的主要目标和计划的制定、参与或协助上层执行相关的政策 和制度；
3、 负责人力资源管理工作的日常管理及部门员工的管理、指导、培训及评估；
4、 规划、指导、监督、协调下属及员工的聘用、福利、培训、绩效、员工关系等管理工作；
5、 分析相关资料，进行企业人力资源诊断，并对相关政策进行完善;
职位要求：
1、 本科以上学历；
2、 5年以上HR工作经验，熟悉招聘、薪酬、绩效考核等方面；
3、 有上市公司工作经验优先考虑；
4、 为人诚实、稳重、细致
