Essential aspects of the job:

？ Receive request from production and follow-up with supplier all the way to ensure goods arrivals is in line with request/ needs.

？ Data base entry and collection of various information needed for operations/ production to run smoothly and supporting continues improvements

？ Manage spare parts/ buffer stock in order to support a smooth production

？ Supervise delivery process according to the delivery concepts agreed with customer in contracts

？ Liaise with logistic team members, supplier, warehouse and forwarder for delivery on time and delivery co-ordination

？ Export and import document preparation and distribution

？ Make suggestions to improve transportation procedure, reduce the occurrence of customer complaint and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

？ Bachelor degree or above

？ At least 2-year experience in logistics area in an MNC

？ Good command of English and well spoken

？ Familiar with office tools, i.e. Access, Words, Excel, etc

？ Very Strong VMI knowledge
