JOB PURPOSE
- Utilize all sourcing channels to source qualified candidates for different BA/PAs in multiple locations across Greater China Region including Tier 1 to Tier 3 cities and remote towns. Be able to identify and locate passive candidates for vacancy positions or pipeline requirements. Provides sourcing and research in various industries and functions to maintain a updated pool of applicants

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for recruitment process management, ranging from coordinates job posting, ad content and placement, candidates screening and interviewing, reference checking and offering, etc.
- Work closely with HRAs and hiring managers from different BA/PAs, responsible to fill defined open positions through various recruiting activities
- Work together with HRSC team member, contribute to HR projects which run inside recruitment function


REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- Good networking with recruitment agents and universities, etc.
- Good understanding of recruitment in mechanical market as well as the relevant hiring practices and regulations
- Good in both written and spoken English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, result-driven and customer-oriented
- Strong team spirits
- Independent, reliable and can work under pressure

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 3 years recruiting experience in mechanical industry, solid demonstrated proactive/passive sourcing ability of various position sets (e.g. Engineering, Sales, Finance, IT etc) with some level of specialization
- Staffing/Executive search industry or Corporate Recruiting experience in a high volume and deadline oriented environment
- HRSC working experience is a plus

EDUCATION
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

LICENCES & CERTIFICATES
- CET-6 or equivalent English certificate is required

OTHER INFORMATION
- Good with MS-Office, especially with PPT and Excel
- This is an individual contributor position but must also act as a positive and contributing team member
- Be part of a customer oriented organization with a strong focus on excellence
