职位描述：
1. 作为公司的客户服务代表，保持跟客户密切的联系，了解客户对公司的意见和反馈，监督和保证三力网络对客户的服务质量，提高客户的满意度；
2. 在日常服务过程中，作为客户的主要联络人，负责跟进和推动公司的故障管理，在S1/S2级别的故障处理过程中，作为第2级的故障响应人，确保公司的服务满足SLA的要求；
3. 定期跟客户举办阶段性的服务总结会，分析服务指标和故障原因，找出进一步提升服务质量的解决方案，并跟进和落实后续的改进方案；
4. 建立并巩固跟客户的合作关系，了解客户在业务上的潜在需求，配合销售团队共同拓展跟客户的业务合作。

职位要求：
1. 大学本科，全日制高校本科以上学历，计算机或相关专业；
2. 3年以上系集成企业大型项目实施经验；
3. 具有良好的沟通能力，丰富的客户服务经验，了解客户服务管理流程；
4. 具有高度的责任心、独立工作的能力并具备较强的分析、判断和解决问题的能力；
5. 具有良好的沟通协调能力、亲和力、较强的文字书写能力、英语良好。
