We are looking for a Marketing Analysis Executive to join our team. You will enable yourself optimized the internal process upon the standards, and help yourself build business insights.That’s for you! You are the very important member for Roche.This is a rewarding role where you can help transforming patients’ lives.

As a Marketing Analysis Executive in business team, you will be responsible for Maintain sales report including but not limited to sales forecast, sales progress, IMS report etc. Ensure validity and accuracy of all data used in sales reports. And you need to provide insights on Business Strategy and operation to help make right decisions. Meanwhile, you should suggest improvements to existing reports from a systematical and analytical perspective. And analyze and interpret business performance on basis of reported data, provide analytical support for business planning and cost management, and work with Finance BP to evaluate new initiative and current Business return in terms of short & long term, and give suggestion to Brand team. Otherwise, you should provide ad hoc and customize reports/presentations/BU dashboard to BU heads and coordinate implementation of BU initiatives and follow up. Furthermore, you need to support BU internal events, e.g. cycle meeting, monthly management meeting, Etc.

You have a university degree, fluent in both Chinese & English. And you have at least 3 years working experience in Data Analysis, and at least 5 years working experience in Pharmaceutical industry. You also have good communication, coordination, organiazaiton and excuting skills to support the BU. Furthermore you are able to do multitask, prioritize and work under pressure within strict deadlines.
