Responsbilities:

• Facilitate all scrum events
• Train and maintain team member following Scrum principles and best practices
• Ensure the project transparency, inspect the issues and encourage the healthy adaptation
• Solve the project dependency, manage the external communication
• Work closely with product owner to define and prioritize the product backlog, ensure the team understand the backlog items
• Facilitate the team discussion and encourage utilization of modern engineering practices
• Monitor the Sprint plan, release plan, and provide necessary reports to stakeholders
• Teach the team estimate and plan tasks

Qualifications:

• 6~10 years’ experience with the software development cycle: product specification, design, implementation, QA, release, and maintenance.
• 4+ years’ C#.Net/C++/Java programming experience is must
• 1+ years’ Scrum Master role experience is must
• Solid understanding of every aspect of Scrum/Agile, be able to use practical Agile knowledge on the project, able to train team members and stakeholders about Agile knowledge and best practices
• Mobile development experience with developing for other operating systems (e.g. Windows CE, Windows Mobile, iPhone or Android) is a must
• Understand modern software engineering practice such as TDD, CI etc
• Solid experience on team leading, very strong facilitation skills between development team, product owner and stakeholders
  Solid communication skills
• Positive and open
• Good English oral and written skills
