The Windows Phone Software er involves in architectural design, development and testing process, to deliver high quality mobility solution to customer.

Qualifications:
· 1~2 years’ experience with Bachelor degree or 0~1 years’ experience with Master degree is also applicable if he/she has real project experience during graduate study. A degree from a top university is a big plus!
· Strong experience in C/C++ programming is required
· Good comprehension to computer science fundamentals and data structure. Project experience to demonstrate comprehension is necessary
·Good comprehension to operating system. Project experience on Windows Phone, Windows CE, Windows Mobile, Android or iOS is preferred; Project experience on embedded real time operating systems is preferred
· Comprehension to SW engineering life cycle. Agile knowledge is preferred
· Knowledge about ARM architecture is preferred
· Knowledge about telecommunication and digital signal processing with protocol software experiences of one cellular system (LTE, UMTS and GSM) is preferred
· Experiences or background in hardware RF will be a strong plus
· Experience with Microsoft-based technology such as windows form development, Silverlight/WPF is a plus
· Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules
· Self-motivated and organized
· Team player
· Good communication skills, able to communicate in English

Responsibilities:

· Design, develop and testing Windows Phone application or specific module of Windows Phone smart devices according to functional and non-functional requirements
· Identify and locate systematic level problem of smart mobile devices based upon software and hardware architectural analysis
· Agile team member
