Tester Analyst

Tasks:

• Test design, testing execution (functional and non-functional) and reporting of mobile phone SW for multiple device programs.
• Setting up and configuring test environments
• Test opportunities identification
• Reporting bugs, following bugs status and verification.
• Giving ideas for SW designers how to reproduce bugs
• Support other team’s testing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent qualification.
• 1-5 SW testing experience in mobile SW testing area
• Willingness and comfortable to do repetitive tasks
• Experience in web based automation and reporting tools
• Experience with Issue tracking systems such as Bugzilla or etc.
• Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Knowledge and experience of Software testing requirements and methods; testing process, principles, technical knowledge
• Good English reading and writing skills
• Carefulness, responsible and teamwork

Nice to have (plus):

• Windows phone SW testing experience
• Experience in test automation
• Good knowledge of SW development and SW architecture
• Excellent speaking English
• ISTQB certification

Tester Senior Analyst

Tasks:

Tester Consultant

An experienced tester consultant is needed to have Solid experience in SW test development with academic degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar fields, and build a mission critical custom ASP.NET solution. The Test consultant will own and account for all aspects of Testing including refining of the test strategy and approach, planning, estimating, process initiation, artifact review, artifact decomposition, test case review and defect tracking/resolution.

The tester consultant must gain a good understanding of the customer business needs for which he can count on the support of the team leads within the project team. The candidate has the ability to function within the framework of an existing Test Methodology as well as to coach and mentor other Test Staff as well as non-Test Staff regarding Test Methodology and Best Practices.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Be able to provide technical leadership and strategic direction to SW development test team
• Be able to pro-actively analyze current SW development test setup and suggest/ drive improvements
• Proven experience in developing test automation with proficient programming skills (in C/C++/Java/J2ME/Python)
• Deep understanding of test methodology (e.g. white-box testing) and test processes
• Strong computer science background in a broad range of algorithms, data-structures, OS fundamentals, systems architecture and embedded software
• Good understanding of design patterns
• Software engineering knowledge including AGILE methodologies, refactoring, source control management, continuous integration and build processes
• Proven project management skill
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Personal qualities:
• Most important is that you have passion to test SW and love to code
• Not only innovative, flexible and self-driven, but also a cooperative team player
• Strong sense of ownership for creating world-class software
• Ability to multi-task across several projects and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to focus and prioritize

Experience:

• 7+ years of working experiences
• Demonstrated experience managing the Testing program for a large mission critical solution on +5000 manday projects (minimum 2 projects);
• Experience with all aspects of software testing - Assembly, Functional, System, Integration, Data Validation, User Acceptance, Scalability, Performance, Stress, and Load
• Experienced testing Microsoft based solutions - .NET, SQL Server and related technologies
• Using defect tracking and testing tools within TFS
• Customer facing roles
