Qualifications
* A total of 8+ years’ experience with the software development cycle: product specification, design, implementation, QA, release, and maintenance.
* 5+ years’ working experience with Microsoft .Net platform
* 2+ years’ working experience with Mobile platform on Windows 8/Windows Phone/Android or iOS
* 2+ years’ presale experience, strong customer facing and solutioning capability
* Understand enterprise mobile strategy and solutions such as MDM, MADP
* Understand mobile market and trends well such as popular mobile apps, social functions, wearable devices etc, understand how that affect the B2C and B2B scenarios
* Experience with Microsoft Servers such as CRM, SharePoint would be a big plus
* Technical passion on new mobile technologies
* Fluent English Speaking
Responsibilities
* Work with sales to build and present Avanade mobile enterprise solutions
* Facilitate and Lead customer design workshops
* Perform mobile feasibility study and architecture design
* Lead the team to complete the development
* Work with CTO office to consolidate Avanade mobile solution
* Work as evangelist to research new mobile features and solutions
* Ramp up team members on the new mobile SDK and solutions
