Responsibilities

• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates and promote the products in the market
• Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team with the suppliers and develop the sales tools that support the Sales plan according to target set
• Product launch – plan the launch of new products or line cards and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the marketing plan or program
• Market intelligence – Understanding the marketing trends, able to communicate to the sales team and management team on the market competition
• Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demands to support sales team achieving the targeting
• Market Analysis – customer segmentation, ROI analysis to measurement and evaluation
• P and L responsibility for the product line, especially new lines
• Management of pricing and create tools to maximized the value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in business or marketing
• 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years’ experience in a field facing role
• Very strong in English and Chinese written communication skills
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
