Basic Requirements:

Serves as the day-to-day account leader in executing strategic communication plans on multiple accounts. Independently supervises SAEs, AEs, ACs and Interns. Has ability to delegate multiple assignments, supervise others and able to work with other teams. Thinks strategically and creatively. Works effectively with both senior and junior staff and possesses maturity, keen judgement, enthusiasm and strong people skills. Has an established industry niche. Have strong media relations in more than one industry.

Responsibilities

Manages multiple accounts independently

Demonstrates clear understanding and interest in client’s business

Able to identify, understand and resolve client issues

Earns clients trust by continually meeting deadlines; being a proven advisor and always being strategic.

Demonstrates creative and detailed strategic thinking.

Actively involved in representing clients to the media.

Qualifications

Five years of agency or equivalent experience

2-3 years experience in B2B or technology area for the past years

Understand and has the relationship with IT, communication, and vertical media

Possesses capabilities and special knowledge of the unique communication needs in one or more specialties

Proven ability to: write and edit documents; present to clients; implement communication programs; manage budgets

Has a strong understanding of media

Emerging leadership skills

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage all work for self and subordinates
