The Network Data Solution Specialist is a Commercial Data Subject Matter Expert focused on selling and delivering Veeva Network Data and Data Services. The Network Data includes Healthcare Organizations, Professionals and Affiliation demographics syndicated with life sciences companies from their MDM, CRM and many other systems.

Job Description:
1. Marketing and Tactics – reach out to audiences and generate sales leads
a. Market Veeva Data Product by leveraging marketing team.
b. Discover new or optimum usages of Veeva Data Product.
c. Collect competitive intelligence to ensure Veeva Data Product superiority.
2. Sales and Pre-sales - covert sales prospects to customers
a. Prepare compelling reports and presentations for sales meetings.
b. Convince prospects that Veeva Network Data Product is the best option in liaison with Account Executives.
c. Work with development and/or stewardship team to match, merge, cleanse sample customer data and report the data quality for POC.
3. Project and Delivery – ensure planned outcomes are achieved and risks are well addressed
a. Capture the data requirements and provide the data in accordance.
b. Map Veeva data and Customer data for conversion. Assist Professional Services team MDM app implementation.
c. Ensure deliverables with quality, within budget and in time.
4. Account Services and Management – retain and upsell to acquired customers
a. Monitor and report data services SLA by closely working with the Data Stewardship Team.
b. Establish high customer satisfaction and maintain solid customer relationship, responsible for Network Data and Data services contract renewal together with Account Executive Team
c. Proactively pursue new needs and produce more opportunities.

Requirement
1. 2+ years of experiences of data processing, methodologies and tools. Able to be the Veeva Data Expert to customers and colleagues.
2. Understand the master data pains and needs of Life Sciences. Commercial acumen to customer demands, initiatives and identifying key decision makers.
3. Knowledge of the current industry, marketplace and competitors as well as trends of the industry
4. Effective communications externally with various levels of customer contacts and coordinate internally with different functional teams. Comfortable with complex communications and organization matrix.
5. Strong presentation, problem solving and coordination skills, analytical and logical with great attention to details.
6. Skillful in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Access/SQL server
