Job responsibilities:

- Take part in developing long-term strategy that support the company’s growth and financial health
- Manage critical financial systems and processes, including budgets, reports and long-term financial plans
- Certify monthly, quarterly，and annually financial statement, prepare and filling 10Q, 8Q, etc
- Formulate and implement internal controls and corporate policies
- Advise on tax issues, develop and manage the relationships with tax authorities
- Lead relevant fund raising activities
- Support the related due diligence activities for the investment on target companies/projects
- Advise on the financial management of the investee companies


Requirements:

- Familiar with PRC GAAP and US GAAP
- Strong analytical skills and experience in developing and executing company budgets
- Familiar with financial management software
- Experienced and track record in fund raising is preferred
- International education background and/or working experience is preferred
- A degree in Finance or Accounting
- Fluent in English
