职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责组委会全面管理工作；
2、负责会展项目的调研、策划和统筹，销售以及项目运作过程的监控和效果评价；
3、负责项目制度与流程建设，建立有效的沟通和协作体系；
4、负责协调项目团队与公司各部门之间的运作；
5、负责建设和发展团队，组织开展员工队伍培训、满足公司业务发展需要；
6、负责展会项目体系的搭建，组织建立内外部沟通渠道和公共关系，掌握信息，运用监督、检查、沟通、协调技能，树立和提高公司形象；
7、全面负责经营项目的监督和执行，对经营目标达成负责。
岗位要求：
1、管理及会展类相关专业，英语六级以上，大学本科以上学历
2、有三年以上展会项目管理经验，至少一个展会或大中型商业活动以上的活动组织和管理工作经历
3、具有高度的敬业精神和责任心，具有组织能力、公关能力、团队管理能力及项目执行能力
