PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Lead the team to achieve at least 100% of revenue target.

2. Lead and manage the team to fulfill the projects you team sold with high quality and customer satisfaction.

3. Work closely with BD consultant and Sales team to provide professional and high quality consulting and services to our current clients and potential clients to improving the sales revenue and fulfillment revenues.

4. Recruit, manage, motivate and train up team members. Monitor revenue performance and evaluate standards of performance according to company guidelines. Be role model for professional and high quality standard for team members during the projects and daily works.

5. Coordinate sales and fulfillment activities and ensure smooth communication with all other functions within HDBC, including D&O team, Finance, HR and IT teams.

6. Responsible for team cost control to reach high efficiency both on fulfillment activities.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

1. Solid working experience in consulting industry company for consulting positions

2. Experience on fulfillment activities, marketing activities and project management

3. 3 years Team management experience at least

4. University degree in financial, economic or risk/credit management.

5. Experience in project planning and project management

6. Excellent people management skills

7. Highly Customer Focused and results driven.
