职位描述
Position Title: Key Account Manager
LOB: Disney Consumer Products
Department: Retail Sales & Marketing
Based in: Guangzhou or Shenzhen
Reports to: Vice President, Local Franchise, DCP
Principal Role
· Drive planned wholesales sales, earned revenue and operating income for products generated by different categories or franchises of business in assigned retail accounts. This will be accomplished through the delivery and participation in solution selling, stellar key account products, and in-line merchandising and tailor-made promotion.
· Be responsible for account plan development, executive and analysis which include annual account planning and key account management.
· Utilize their strong communication and presentation skills to raise the level of customer service with assigned key accounts as well as with key licensees.
Key Responsibilities
· Communication: Communicate retail strategies for assigned key accounts to category teams, licensees and retailers.
· Retail Analytics: Ensure retail data integrity of assigned accounts.
· Promotions: Ensure that the marketing and promotion activities within the assigned accounts are efficient and effective in enhancing the brand position of Disney Consumer Products and driving sales turnover.
· P&P: Ensure that the planned allocation of marketing expenditures is in line with the business strategies developed for each account.
· Product: Support the category managers in developing the business by planning and coordinating marketing activities with key product launches / seasonal releases in assigned accounts.
· Merchandising: Ensure that all licensee / third party merchandising and POSM are in line with Disney’s requirements.
· Synergy: Coordinate with other Disney business units to ensure that DCP’s programs are in sync and synergistic with their programs.

Qualifications and Experience
· Relevant degree in marketing and commerce; master degree preferred
· 5 years sales, category management and or marketing experience (preferably in mass merchandise).
· Previous sales management and experience in motivating a large non-direct or direct sales force a plus
· Must have experience in preparing and executing account management plans for major mass retailers.
·“Solution or consultative selling” and comparable training experience preferred.
· Strong analytical ability and experience
· Strong presentation skill
· Team player and collaborator
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Independent and willing to travel
· Fluent English and Mandarin
