Access People is looking for an Area Manager for a leading global luxury brand, to manage 10 stores either in Shanghai/Hangzhou or in Nanjing

Responsibilities:
Your main tasks would be:
? implement promotion, training, events
? KPI focus to achieve sales targets & maximize results
? Active communication with PAM to optimize sales and inventory levels
? Monitor and evaluate the expenses of all the resources of the stores
? Recruit, train, relocate, promote and lead a staff of 50 employees
Your key accountabilities:
? Ensure retail shops daily operation run smoothly
? Achieve the set sales targets
? Increase profits by minimize costs
? Facilitate information flow between stores and headquarters
? Stock control & reduce stock discrepancy

Qualifications needed for this position:
? At least 5 years in retail experience
? 4 years in store management
? Independent and demonstrating initiative
? Leadership skills
? Result driven and passionate about the luxury markets
