兼职英语口语教师
岗位要求：
1、英语本科以上学历；
2、口语地道、流利、发音标准，能与外籍教师进行流畅的沟通；
3、表达、演说能力强者优先考虑；上课生动活泼，有创新意识和钻研精神；
4、具有较强的亲和力、责任心、敬业精神，热爱教育事业；
5、英语专业八级以上；
6、潜心研究教育事业多年，具有中学教学经验优先；
7、对英语教学方式，英语考试等有研究成就者优先。

2.努力钻研，不断更新知识，提高自身听说表达和实际应用能力，改进教学方法，提高教学水平；
3.进行教学研讨研究，制作更新英语学习资源。
