岗位要求：

1、具有丰富网站或客户端UI设计经验，在互联网公司从事图形设计、界面设计至少3年以上

2、优秀的创意能力和视觉表现力

3、对用户体验和以用户为中心的设计有较深的了解和认识

4. 有丰富的设计理论知识和对流行趋势敏锐的洞察力，对GUI设计趋势有灵敏触觉和领悟能力，推动团队的设计能力

5. 精通Photoshop并熟练使用Flash、Illustrator等软件，掌握Dreamweaver等制作工具

职责描述：

1、负责软件产品界面设计、图标设计以及网页设计；

2、根据相关项目开发要求制作成网站Demo

3、负责公司网站相关界面设计，交互设计

4、负责项目设计，同时能带领团队进行工作，善于利用、引导团队设计理念
